A thorough background check is completed for all of our Direct Care Professionals. Please visit our Careers page for a complete list of our background and vetting process.
Our Mission is to ensure a better quality of life for all those we support. We believe that the first step toward completing that mission is proper training for our Direct Care Professionals. We routinely exceed the state minimum of eight hours of training per year. Our goal is 30 hours of continuous education training per year.
The founders of HopeTree Care have a background in adult education and we prefer to train our own. This direct approach allows us the opportunity to instill our philosophy of care in all our Direct Care Professionals.
A strong component in our training regimen is to have Client Specific Training. We realize every individual we support has specific care and support needs. Therefore, prior to any support assignment, our Direct Care Professionals are trained to meet and exceed those needs. HopeTree Care is proud to announce the opening of the Kevin M. Kane Training and Education Center. The Center will provide training for our staff and other direct care professionals. The Center will also provide educational seminars for the developmentally disabled community and their natural supports.
HTC looks forward to providing care with well-trained Direct Care Professionals that… Grow a Better Quality of Life!
